Herbed butter
Homemade butter infused with herbs

  1. 600ml heavy cream
  2. Cup of chopped herbs
  3. 1/3 cup Extra virgin Olive oil
  1. Make butter by whipping the cream.
  2. This could take about 10 minutes.
  3. Once butter and butter milk is separated, take the butter off and wash with cold water.
  4. Drain using a muslin cloth until all water is removed and butter forms in to a ball.
  5. Let butter become soft. Cream using a beater.
  6. Incorporate Olive oli and keep beating until butter is creamy.
  7. Fold in the herbs.
  1. Increase/Decrease the amount of olive oil to your liking.
  2. Refrigerate covered for up to a week.
