Ganache 101 – workshop

Another workshop of getting to know the amazing ganache and it’s versatility. We had lot of fun masking cakes, glazing and doing some simple chocolate work. I was honestly pleased to see their cakes at the end. Cakes looked strikingly good, despite they had never ever worked with ganache ever before.
